Vinifruits and Marius Bonal...

...the flavor of the plants

Wine is not the only drink produced in France. The apéritifs and the digestifs are as much appreciated to complete a good meal. This month we introduce 2 different types of apéritifs:
An original type of a pastis, which is usually an anise based drink typical of the Marseilles region, and an assortment of fruits and flowers based spirits.

Vinifruits,
Producer of alcoholic drinks...

Vinifruits is a producer of fermented alcoholic drinks in the region of Lorraine.

Their specialty is to make spirits with fruits, flowers and wild berries based on traditional recipes without the addition of wine or alcohol, but purely by fermentation.

They contain no artificial aromas or preservatives

Some suggestions of the producer: The Dandelion flower based drink is best consumed as apéritif or with Foie Gras, whereas the Red Current and the Raspberries based drinks may be consumed as apéritif or with Desserts.

...And Marius Bonnal
The pastis of Aveyron

Photo Christian Bousquet

In the Midi-Pyrénées, between the mountains of Aubrac and the region of Grands Causses, the flora of Aveyron is a very rich one.

Of this diversity is born the original idea of a pastis with the aromas of Aveyron.

Ingredients such as fennel, wild thyme, juniper and tea of Aubrac, contribute to the unique taste of the pastis Marius Bonal.
